Eligibility for Returns:
– Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
– Intimate wear (panties, shapewear, swimwear, lingerie set, cosplay set etc.) due to hygiene reasons.
– Gift cards.
– Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.

Process for Returns:
1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support at support@lingeriecloud.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization form. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Exchange Policy:
– Exchanges are subject to product availability.
– If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
